The National Association of Naturopaths (NAN) represents professionals who provide naturopathic services and care. NAN is recognized for its experience in the field, for being forward-thinking and reliable, and for respecting every aspect of the individual.
The association’s members and accredited teaching institutions are distinguished by their academic excellence and the quality of care they provide to their clients. NAN’s role, as an organization, is to help members of the public improve their health and refer them to reliable resources. The association’s members receive support, dynamism, and an understanding of their needs in the areas of professional practice and continuing education.
All NAN members are graduates of a training program that meets the association’s non-negotiable eligibility criteria (1,000 hours of coursework) and have agreed to comply with a Code of Ethics that governs their practices and establishes strict rules to ensure quality services and protect users.
